1. The service

Charter Halo is an online marketplace that connects buyers, charter guests, private sellers and brokers. Charter Halo is not a party to any sale or charter agreement and does not operate aircraft or vessels.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. Broker and seller accounts are responsible for their listings and must have the right to market the assets they list.

3. Listings and prices

Listings, specifications and prices come from brokers and sellers. Prices may include a broker fee, may change, and are not offers until confirmed in writing by the listing party.

4. Empty legs and charters

Empty-leg availability depends on the operator's schedule and may change or be cancelled. Charters are subject to the operator's or owner's contract terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties. Calculators give estimates only.

7. Governing law
